30 Days Return Policy
Once you receive your order you have 30 days to decide if you wish to return it.
The 30 days start from the day after you receive the goods.
If you decide you would like to return the goods, the goods need to be returned to us at your own cost and it is your responsibility that the items reach us safely within the 30 days.
If the goods are returned in perfect condition and with their original packaging we will issue you with a full refund minus any direct costs associated with the postage and packaging, not including any premium delivery service.
Please note that the goods returned to us must be in a resalable format and we unconditionally reserve the right not to refund you if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition.
We will refund you within 7 working days of the return of your order.
Having trouble with your hose? We have a 50’ (50 foot) replacement hose that is able to hook up to any other ¼” hose with our free (and included) M22 14” brass connector. You can also use this hose as an additional extension for your existing hoses. The extension is designed for pressure washers up to 3000psi and is for cold water use only. This hose also comes with our patented Bend Restrictor Sleeves to ensure longevity for your hose.
