Here is a First Year Parker Jotter pen in blue/grey. These first year Jotters have wonderful fluted barrels and matte plastic finishes. The Jotter is in excellent overall condition with no chips or cracks and a ding free cap. The pen is in working condition but you will need a new refill though the spring sticks a little, it might just be the old refill. The box while showing some wear is in solid condition with rubbing to the edges but no breaks. This is an excellent early ballpoint, a true 1st year Jotter, install a new refill and you are ready to write!
