Dip Seal DS99K Clear Odor Free Oil Free Strippable/Removable Plastic Coating. 5 Lb package. Each pound covers 500 Square Inches. DS99K is a translucent coating that is similar to DS88K except it is more durable and has a higher melting temperature . DS99K is odor free and oil free. It is excellent for heavier sharper objects since the tough coating will not slit as easily as DS88K. Works well for long-term storage items. Recommended dipping temperature is 370°F, though some literature quotes dipping temperature as 350°F. DS99K Coating is based in a thermo-plastic rubber for resilience, making them flexible and shock absorbent. DS99K is completely odor free and has no messy oil residue. Excellent when used to protect tools from abrasion, during shipping, or long-term storage; even outdoors. Suitable for moldmaking.
