Our
Water-Based Discharge inks
are the easiest to print with because they do not dry out as quickly as others do on the screen. This ink is best used as a mixing ink with our other wb inks! We do not recommend this as a stand alone black. If you’re looking to step up your print game to the next level this is the right direction. These inks can be used as discharge inks on darker colored garments when you add discharge activator; you can use them straight out of the bottle as a traditional water-based ink. They have a low viscosity and are dry cleaning/iron resistant.
General information
Soft Hand Prints-
Ink penetrates the fiber of the shirt instead of laying on top like plastisol inks, creating a soft and breathable garment.

No toxic substances! Making them eco-friendly and safe to work with.

Our mixing system was specially designed, so you can create any color you want with 14 colors. If you’re interested in trying out all 14 colors, you can access our
color kit
and try the whole thing out instead of just one color. Best of all our mixing system is

Disclaimer: When mixing these colors 95% of our colors match, the best way is to mix is to try mixing with a small quantity print and see how you like the color before mixing large quantities of ink.
Mesh Guidelines:
Can be printed any mesh 160 and up. We recommend anywhere from 160-305
Emulsion Recommendations for Water Based Inks
We recommend using WR-Blue or DC-Pink, both require mixing diazo but are very water resistant. Remember you should also degrease your screen before coating with emulsion, we recommend using our Hyper Haze which will degrease and remove stains/ghosts as well.

Mixing Information:
Water based printing: Our ink can be used straight out of the bottle as a traditional water-based ink. We recommend only doing this technique on light color garments.
Discharge Printing: This ink can also be used a discharge ink by adding the discharge powder. When using as a discharge ink, add just enough discharge powder for the amount of ink you want to use during that print run. Normally this will be somewhere 3-5% by weight. Mix thoroughly to make sure no chunks or grains are visible. Once the powder is added to the ink it will last for roughly one hour.
Flash and Curing Guidelines:
Flash forced air flash is optimal. For curing should be a minimum of 90 seconds at 320F. For the best results 2-3 minutes at 300-320F.
General Testing:
Before you do any large print, we recommend doing a stretch test and a wash test to ensure you cured and printed correctly before going into production. Increase cure time if testing fails. We recommend only using natural fibers best results will be seen on 100% cotton. Synthetic fibers will not discharge properly.
Helpful Info From Seasoned Printers
Some colors do not discharge as well as others some examples are red, blue & purples. Color matching may not be exact although we say that roughly 90% of our colors match, matches cannot be guaranteed due to the differences in how fabrics are dyed this results in your prints coming out more faded. If you’re going for a vintage look this is perfect.
