Offered from a local NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION is a beautiful vintage
Kutani Style Ginger Jar with gorgeous Crane and Peony decoration all around the body
The Cranes had enameled wing feathers (raised) and lovely light aqua on the beaks
The Pink peonies also have enameling, rest are flat painted but lovely
Trim is gold on chinese red (orangey) and Greek Key trim
The Lid has a standing Foo Dog finial with Ball
Total height is 8"
Height of Jar is 5"
no chips, cracks, crazing
Some gold wear
Signed on base in characters
