This is an OFFICIAL LEAGUE Baseball signed by former Texas Rangers teammates KENNY ROGERS and RAFAEL PALMEIRO in blue pen.  The signatures rate a 9/10.  The ball itself is ever so lightly toned and very nice.  Please look at pictures for further detail.  I am happy to send/post more pictures upon request, if needed.
Rogers was a 4x All Star, 1996 World Series Champion, author of a 1994 Perfect Game and former Rangers, Yankees, Athletics, Mets, Twins and Tigers pitcher.
Palmeiro was a
4x All Star and former Cubs, Rangers and Orioles 1st baseman.
