do you offer combined shipping?
sure, I do offer combined shipping for all items in my shop - simply add all items of your interest to cart / basket first and then proceed to payment - fees are calculated by eBay on checkup
when will my order arrive?
if you choose Express delivery - parcel will be sent using DHL Express or UPS Express Saver with estimated delivery of 2 working days within EU and 6 working days worldwide, for Standard delivery it will be sent using UPS Standard, FedEx International Economy or Poczta Polska and should arrive in no more than 15 working days
can I track my order?
certainly, tracking details are always provided in sales record on eBay as well as on PayPal transaction site
are there any additional charges, taxes or duties to be paid upon delivery?
if you live within EU - there are no additional fees involved, for non-EU deliveries additional charges and taxes may apply, please check your local import law prior placing your order
will you lower my order's value so I can safe on taxes?
eBay invoice is always attached to your parcel, thus it is not possible to declare it to be lower in value, full amount paid will be specified on an invoice (with shipping costs as a separate position)
can I return my order?
absolutely, all items can be returned within 30 days upon arrival for a full refund minus shipping costs, if I made a mistake and item arrives not as described - I would refund delivery costs (both ways) also
